Uncle Dave Macon Days - taking place July 11-13 at Cannonsburgh near downtown Murfreesboro - The Third Annual MINISTRY FAIR will be held under the big tent near the Main Stage of Uncle Dave Macon Days in Cannonsburgh Village (Murfreesboro) on Sunday July 13th.

Sponsored by Uncle Dave Macon Days, Community Crossroads and Grace Network Ministries, and Cliff Sharp of Greenhouse Ministries this will be a great opportunity for Agencies, Churches, and Faith Based Organizations to greet, inform, and welcome the public to find out about - and volunteer to participate in - Service and Outreach Ministry with them, as well as for each group attending to meet and network with one another.

Each Agency, Church, and Faith Based Organization is also encouraged to SIGN UP for a FREE Informational Page Site on Community Crossroads, the local "Where to Find Help" website at www.communitycrossroads.com

NOTE: Every Agency and Ministry Representative present will be offered a few minutes on stage during the afternoon's Gospel Music to "show & tell" the audience about their outreach ministry or agency services.
Setup for the event begins at 11 AM so that we can Open the Fair by around Noon. The music will start around 12:30 or 1 PM and last until around 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM depending upon the number of performers.
It is a completely FUN and wonderful time of fellowship - and informal networking - with one another, so please plan to set aside some materials and gather one or two staff volunteers to participate on Sunday, July 13th.
Cold water, fans, and other amenities will be provided. Suggestion: plan to have some child-safe small items - perhaps in some way related to your agency or ministry's services - to give away to the children present, as well, along with brochures - about your available services - for adults. You may also wish to use your display as an opportunity to enlist volunteers.

The leisurely homespun afternoon will begin at noon with musical performances by Mended Bridges, the Sullivan Family, and annual favorites Sophie & Louise with the Tipton Family Band. The Stones River Primitive Baptist Church Choir will be on hand to sing as well. At 4 PM everyone will be invited to gather at the front of the stage for the Grand Finale, singing "Will the Circle Be Unbroken."
